Artist Talks begin at 7:30 pmVAM’s BIPOC Residency was an opportunity for emerging artists in Mississauga to work with a mentor to create artwork. Residents and Mentors accessed VAM’s studios and online platforms over the summer and created and collaborated on artwork that is included in this exhibition.
Visit VAM’s inaugural BIPOC Residency’s Exhibition opening this Friday from 7 – 9 pm. The artist talks will begin at 7:30 pm, where you will learn more about the residents processes and artwork.
The 2023 BIPOC Residency Mentor is Noni Kaur. The 2023 BIPOC Residents are Mary Ma and Ruby Yip.
