Campers explore creativity through hands-on projects led by experienced artist instructors in a fun and supportive environment. With access to inspiring studio spaces and the beautiful surroundings of Riverwood Park, each camp blends art-making with outdoor time and engaging activities. Kindness and Connection

This heartwarming PA Day Camp is all about empathy, creativity, and connection—just in time for Valentine’s Day! Campers will express themselves through chalk pastel portraits of beloved pets or animals, create stitched or glued “kindness pouches” filled with notes or tokens.

In Your Garden

Get inspired by the great outdoors! Campers will create colorful creatures, stamp playful textures, and design seed packet collages inspired by blooming gardens and curious critters.

School’s almost out—and creativity is heating up! In this vibrant camp day, kids will sculpt playful beach scenes and design dreamy summer sunsets to kick off the season.

March Break Camp for Kids and Teens
Once Upon a Time
March 16 – March 20, 2026 | 8:45 am – 4:15 pm
Journey into the enchanting world of fairy tales and world-building! Campers will reimagine castles, heroes, and villains with creative twists, giving classic stories brand-new life through art and imagination.
Campers will receive 2 slices of pizza on Friday.

March Break in Monochrome
March 16 – March 20, 2026 | 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Teens will explore the drama and elegance of monochrome art while building their skills and socializing. Through hands-on projects in drawing, ink work, value painting, and polymer clay sculpture, campers will learn how to shape mood and storytelling.
Campers will receive 2 slices of pizza on Friday.

Summer Art Camp 2026
Summer Camp at VAM is the perfect place to explore your creativity and engage your curiosities! Campers will make art in our studios overlooking Riverwood Park, while enjoying plenty of time outdoors. Our camp team is led by First Aid and High Five Certified artist instructors whose goal is to create a fun and supportive environment each week.
