Are you living independently in Mississauga and looking to connect with other seniors in a creative activity? Apply by July 23rd to join our waitlist to participate in a special collaborative acrylic painting workshop inspired by the folk art florals of Canadian Artist Maude Lewis. Each participant will design and paint their own square canvas panel featuring folk florals, to be displayed in a Collaborative Painted Garden Mural at King Gardens! A smaller canvas panel will be offered to paint a smaller version to take home.
This workshop will take place on July 27th, from 10 AM to 12 PM at King Gardens (85 King Street East, Mississauga) and is generously sponsored by Venvi King Gardens Retirement Living and hosted by Visual Arts Mississauga.
