The White Oaks Art Group was established in 1974 to enrich the lives of members through art. The artists paint in a variety of styles, techniques and mediums; and compositions include landscapes (rural, urban and seascapes), portraits, still lifes, figure painting and abstracts.
Members paint together in a studio year round, and during the summer, in “plein air”, at scenic locations in Mississauga and Halton. In these sessions they are able to exchange ideas and support each other’s work.
The White Oaks Art Group aspires to enrich the community through its exhibitions and engagement.
